The experience is great. Everything is clear, and the service is good. I've got the ideal car, a 2022 Mini Cooper 4-door in pepper white, which is exactly what I was looking for and have looked for months. Glad I made the purchase and completed everything in one visit. The salesperson, Roberto Brown Jr., at MINI of Annapolis was great, not pushy, and polite and professional. Highly recommended.
Had a great experience buying my first mini recently! Christian was awesome, and checked in on us while we browsed options. He made sure to let us know all the deals going on and answered all of our questions. He went through our finances with us in depth so we knew what we were agreeing to and felt confident buying. The Team at mini were very knowledgable and helpful. They respected that I do alot of my own auto repair work and even gave me expert advice which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely do business again with them. Very kind team.
Had the best experience! The technician sent me a video with voice over describing the problem. The front desk person print out the issues and it included the priority level of each so I could make an informed decision about when to address them. While I waited there was tv and WiFi and an area to work if needed. But because the work was done so efficiently, I was out of there in time to make it to my first meeting of the day. Will only be going back here for my Mini Countryman’s service needs.
