Unfortunately we had a bad $400 experience today. We got a loaner car which isn’t usually a problem. When my husband did the check before he left the dealership with the loaner they checked the paint, doors, etc but didn’t check the tires and rims. We come back two days later and they charge us $400 for the chip in the tire and rim. There is no way my husband would have damaged that and not known. It was obviously prior but bc we didn’t check the tires with the employee in the beginning we walked out of there paying $400! Su... read more
My Mini is five years old and has ONLY 31,000 miles on it. Recently I took it to this dealership, because the fuel pump went out. I don't think their mechanics know what they're doing. After the fuel pump was replaced and the car returned to us, the check engine light came right back on. We took it to Dream Cars in Victorville, and they diagnosed it as having a bad pressurized fuel pump (what?!) and advised us to take it back to the dealership. After replacing a faulty thermostat and a leaking water pump, the dealership retu... read more
So sad that I may have to sell my mini and go to a different car. I have a recall on a part that states “regardless of time or miles “. They say I have to pay over $900 to fix this problem. It’s Upsetting that they do not stand behind their product
Any time my car goes in for service they keep for the weekend thru Monday without letting me know! No service on Sunday so hey completely screw over people who work MONDAY! Worst service ALWAYS
Miguel the service writer and Dusty the so called head tech are scam artists. Tried to file a false claim for vehicle repairs that did not exist. No diagnostics done and tried to push through a $7500 repair job without any approval from warranty company in addition to trying to get us on the hook for $2500 to tear down the engine without warranty approval. Could have been on the hook for 10k if we did not questions them and made calls to verify information. DO NOT believe these people unless they have diagnostic proof what i... read more
The service and support at Mini of Ontario is a joke. Their associates are arrogant and rude. Anyone reading this should go someplace else. On my car, the speedometer in the Mini is off by 10% or more. This is acceptable according to their engineers. You would expect a German engineered car to me more accurate, yet for some reason being off my more than 10% is normal. When the speedometer says 65, you are doing 58. Service and Mini will not fix this. Now they say the battery goes dead if you do not dive the car 1000+ miles a... read more
