You know when you go some where and you know your in the... You know when you go some where and you know your in the right place and there is always that one person that stands out from the rest. I had the pleasure to to be helped by a salesman Van Vasilakos. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and what I really liked is that he explained everything to me. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

Handled an internet purchase professionally. Purchased a new car over the internet just prior to the pandemic and could net pick up the car for six weeks. The sales department was very understanding an assisted when I arranged for carrier transport. Car arrived in perfect condition. Paperwork was simple and quick. Would do it again. Price was fantastic.
i Friendly I have had service on my '17 BMW 3 series . It needed tires etc . Disappointed that they only lasted 27K but they handled the repair well . Expensive ? Oh yeah but it was perfect after they finished . they did find bubbles in the outer wall and that would have been a possible blowout problem . Also got a manicure while there . it was the most expensive one ever !!!I am waiting for my new 2020 to be delivered but i am sure this virus is holding-it up !!

Excellent, courteous service! I had my car towed for new tire Everth Alvarado immediately called me and gave me the schedule. The car tire was not only replaced and tires rotated, but my upcoming service and inspection would be done by day's end. I had to come back for something to be checked and it was all handled quickly! This is the 3rd car I bought from BMW SOuthampton and there were a few years when service was not good but I am happy to see it back in full swing!
