The staff whom I dealt with at Mini were very efficient and thorough. I have only had very good experiences. Initially, my experience with Mini of Manhattan was great, pick up & drop off was very smooth - unfortunately, that was it. I am very upset that after only 300 miles, my check engine light is now and I'm getting alerts that the drive train is malfunctioning again, which they had assured me was fixed. This is our 4th MINI that we lease. We couldn’t have had a better service from Jordan! He was a gentleman, kind, patient, professional, thorough. He made all this 4th process to lease a car a real pleasure. Also Moises was extremely kind and helpful in explaining everything when we had to pick up the new car.
