I just left after waiting 45 min past my appt for a service advisor who didn’t even know what I was there for. Seattle and San Diego Mini could teach them something about customer service.
I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR. ANOTHER SKETCHY DEALER. The South Dixie hwy location is one of the worst I've ever seen. Hidden fees, insulting explanations, bait and switch advertising. Nothing. The experience to lease the vehicle was good, but on the closing they overcharged me on the initial payment. Right there I asked for the refund of the overcharged and the finance person told me that he had already refunded the money. To my surprise, a week later I found out that the refund was never processed. When I called them, they confirmed that the refund hadn’t been processed and that they will issue a check instead. SOUTH MOTORS HONDA took advantage of me. July 2017 they sold me a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite and it was a lemon. When I took my crap of a car for service AGAIN and I left the car to go to work. When I was at work I got a phone call from a salesperson and I was told They could put me in a new car with the same monthly payments that I had. My mini got a flat tire yesterday February 24, I contacted your dealer by phone and was told to drive the car ( with a flat tire ) to your dealer on Sunday and that you were going to be open 10am to 3pm. I drove to your dealer only to get a terrible service and to get me extremely mad.
