Had to take my daughters 2019 Mini cooper to be serviced. The service advisor David B. went above and beyond to help me. He explained everything in detail and in a way that I could understand, someone that doesn't know much about cars. Would recommend him always!

Excellent service, went to purchase a vehicle after a bad experience at another dealership. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, Our sales associate Anthony was impeccable with his service. Kind, Polite, and very informative and communicative. We knew what we wanted and he got the job done with the excellent help of Jorge the sales manager as well. People like this are the reason we still shop for vehicles at a dealership.
Seems that bad customer service is the norm for this service department based on the reviews I'm reading. And it seems everyone has had the same scenario. Very difficult to communicate and get answers once the car is there. Dropped off my daughter's car to get a flat tire fixed yesterday, they told me there was a recall on a part so I asked them to take care of it while the car was there–they NEVER indicated this would be a 3 day process. !!!!!AVOID THIS DEALER!!!!! If a simple matter of getting parts for your vehicle is an exercise in blood boiling frustration, I cannot imagine trusting this dealer with a major purchase or any service for my Mini. The whole place is filled with dishonest and staggeringly incompetent people. God forbid you have any issue whatsoever. No responsibility is taken to provide good service or accountability for their own problems. Skilled gaslighters!
