Mini of Louisville is the best! Everyone is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Hats off to Chip Hackney for outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to help us pick the right Mini to fit our needs. He went above and beyond to show our daughter all the gadgets and amazing things inside our new Mini. I have had a fantastic experience with both the sales and service divisions of this dealership. I purchased a used Mini from them a few years ago, and the experience was rewarding and easy. Since then, they have taken excellent care of me and my Mini., and I don't even have an extended warranty. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone I had dealings with at Mini of Louisville was a pleasure to work with and seemed genuinely concerned with me getting the car that I wanted. Would definitely recommend. Buying my second MINI was a great experience! We were taken care of by Kevin Owens who was super helpful, responsive, and patient. This is my second MINI and a major part of why I've stuck with the brand is the great customer service I've always received at MINI of Louisville. Each time I get my MINI serviced, they're super helpful and nice enough to drive me to a nearby coffee shop to hang out until my car is ready (and pick me up). I love my new MINI and highly recommend the MINI of Louisville team!
