Five Stars Super excited as I purchased my first Mini Cooper Countryman over this past weekend. David Sajda was my Salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. I would highly recommend him to help you navigate your Mini purchase. The Mini-high vibe at New Country is infectious! Worth the trip!! Wish I could give David more than five stars!
Buying a car at New Country Mini is a great experience. The cars speak for themselves, and the sales people let them. No high pressure chatter. The process was smooth and (dare I say) pleasant.
went in for routine service and met the new(ish) service manager, gerry garcia. he is a true professional-- customer friendly, calm and "gets it!' understands what he needs to do to make his staff the best! i have encountered consistent problems, however , with the "call center" staff who answer the service telephone number posted on your website. they do NOT know new country policies nor do they understand mini technical issues -- which is fine -- but they need to know when to "punt" those questions to the inhouse staff who... read more
After over 10 years as a customer of New Country Mini, my experience yesterday did not measure up to the excellent experiences I have had there in the past. There was a great deal of stress as I learned that I needed a repair that cost over $500 on brakes for my car of a little over 18,000 miles. In the end it was determined that my lease contained the extended maintenance package needed to cover this repair, however it took over an hour past the completed repair time to clear this up.
