We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime from different makes and models. New Country MINI is hands down the best buying experience we've had to-date. Professional and reliable group - glad I chose them to work on my mini. Ryan was communicative and helpful with getting various items checked off the list for me - starting with sunroof replacement to oil, tires, full alignment to getting a loaner car, etc. He also sent me a video where the mechanic kindly explained what issues needed to be worked on and ensured they had my approval before getting things started on any. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them!
Ryan in the service dept. has the best customer service! He is very knowledgeable in all things mini cooper. Most importantly he was very compassionate and respectful to my emotional attachment to my old mini when I had to make the decision to send her to the big garage in the sky due to excessive, costly repairs!
