Great buy of this pristine Mini, I stopped in to look at it and had to get it. Ended up driving it home a couple of hours later.
Beware beware… they will cheat you just to sell you a car. I purchased a 2022 bmw m4 from mini of anchorage, the sales rep, David Nelson told me the car is almost brand new and has no issues. The finance office has absolutely no idea what they’re doing they advertised me that they can ship the car anywhere in the country but have no idea on how to do it. I'm so proud to use Mini and they are made my day when I'm in services.
The customer service is always fantastic. Both MINI and BMW both go out of their way to make sure your needs are more than met. Both the sales and service teams have always taken care of us exceptionally well. There is no other dealership that compares in Anchorage. They even do a quick detail on your car after service.
Don and his team are fantastic. They have always done solid work on my Paceman S, and even do little acts of kindness here and there. If you own a Mini, just go here. They have a free shuttle service. The service staff are informative and polite. The showroom floor is always fun to browse. Prices are as expected: a bit high.
