BEWARE - If you did not buy your Mini from here then you are SOL on help. My car is not safe to drive, it has no exterior lights, no turn signals, no hazards, and the windows don’t work; the part that operates those areas is under warranty and has to be replaced at Orlando Mini. The part is on back order for a month or so. I was told by the GM and service manager that they only provide loaner vehicles to people who purchased their mini at the dealership. We called there and were told they had 2 of the cars we were interested in. We drove an hour in evening traffic to arrive and be told By Liz that the first car we wanted was sent to auction. BUT she would pull a Car fax and go get the other. I told her when she got back I did not want the one that had been in a accident. She stated it was only a small minor accident. Shame on @bmwusa and @fieldsauto @orlandomini for voiding my manufacturers audio warranty for simply replacing BMW used at dealerships @bavsound speakers on a 3 month old 2019 Mini Cooper. David Simoni, Anthony Brooks shameful customer care and support. Dewey BMW customer care just as bad.

I was sent to mini from my specialized mini mechanic because my car was throwing a high pressure pump fault that is covered under warranty but has to be done at mini. (Info verified with mini before I went) They saw the fault but after 3 hours came back to me to say it was a low pressure fault and quoted $700 because that wasn’t covered in warranty. (I did not take the repair) The paper work I was given said they found no fault with the low pressure and faults with the high pressure. And the quote was for the low pressure. (... read more

Went there for recall On power steering pump had an appointment since Monday with them.. on Saturday they took my power steering pump out and then realized they did not have a new one to put back in so they had to put my old 1 back in and now have to go back another day, ruined my whole saturday plus have to deal with them AGAIN on tuesday interfering with my work day NOT HAPPY

Worst service department! Tiffany, service manager is great but once she has scheduled you it’s downhill. Don’t expect to receive good work. Make sure you double check everything they say they did, don’t count on the shuttle service, don’t count on a good detail of your mini. Too bad they are the only one in town as I would go somewhere else if possible. Maybe a little competition would do them good. I took my 2006 Mini Cooper S to this dealership on the afternoon of July 13, 2017 for service on the 14th. When I made the appointment with the service advisor, Tiffany, I explained that one of the services I needed was a replacement ignition key. She said it would have to be ordered and they come in next day. I asked if it could be ordered on the day I dropped the car off so it could be received in time for me to pick the car up on the 15th and she said it would not be an issue.
