We had a wonderful experience at MINI of Peabody. Louis was super friendly and knowledgeable about all things MINI, and the whole process was very smooth and well managed. It is our first full electric vehicle and Louis gave us a great intro into what to expect. We truly felt taken care of by the whole team at Peabody at every step. Needless to say, we 100% recommend this dealership.
Great experience. Johnny was amazing, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all Minis, and very accommodating with my schedule. I did not feel pressured when checking out the cars or during the purchasing process. Overall a great experience at the dealership.
Walked in to Mini of Peabody after calling and speaking with Johnny You inquiring about a mini Cooper I saw on the Mini of Peabody website. Went to test drive the 2021 Mini I inquired about and found out it didn't have a sunroof, I told Johnny You I really wanted a manual transmission and a sunroof, he said he had a 2021, it was red, I told him I wanted to test that one.
