Best dealership experience I’ve ever had I’ve had bad experiences in the with past dealerships and had some reservations on this first trip. To my surprise the service was great, the service advisor in tandem with the master tech on scene were the greatest. Amazing Service I've been to this dealership several times before and each visit is better than the previous visit. Steve (Service Advisor) is amazing! He was patient with my inquiries and understood my vehicle's needs. Steve kept me informed every step of the process. During this pandemic, I work from home and have a lot of meetings. South Shore BMW Service Department I purchased my car from South Shore BMW in September and it recently had a leak that needed to be repaired. The service manager was easy to communicate with, kept me updated throughout the process, and the repair was fixed promptly. Drop off and pick up were easy and quick. Everyone on the staff was friendly and polite. Would highly recommend, I will be continuing to service my vehicle at this location.
South Shore BMW Service Excellent knowledge of the BMW product. The service manager was polite, and prompt with response. Drop off was easy, drove right into service, picked up a loaner, and had no wait time for drop off or pick up, other than one day for service obviously. Convenient hours.
