Buyiing my wife a mini at Flow Mini of Raleigh Working with Michael R at Flow Mini of Raleigh was by far the best experience I have had when purchasing a car. He was extremely helpful and polite while walking my wife through the steps in picking out just exactly which Mini was the right one for her. Great Buying Experience with Michael R I have never had such a great time buying a car! The Mini Cooper itself is a ton of fun, but when you couple that with the customer service and personalized attention from their Motoring Advisor, Michael R, you end up with a fabulous experience AND a great performing car. "One price on used cars"? Sales staff was nice enough, not overly pushy. After test driving and going through trade in / and financing was told the listed price was the only value they could sell for (a car that has been in inventory for 5 months). Also, they said they have a one price policy on used autos, which isn't listed anywhere on the dealer website... and the price is ~2500 over edmunds.com value and a nominal value under the price of a new model with the same features.
