Brought my mother in to look for a replacement because the MINI is her dream machine after years of driving a RAV4. Mara Romanello, the manager, has set a standard that I hope all other dealerships will emulate! Lauderdale MINI exemplifies what the car buying experience should be like: relaxing, straightforward, HONEST, and easy! There was none of the standard "sales" ploys or psychological games that is common in many dealerships. I went to their website to calculate what the trade value for my car would be.
