We dropped off my wife’s car for a routine oil change and concerns over the brake light coming on. Long story short, service here is horrible. They do not care about the customer. No explanation on why the brake light is coming on or what the 7500k estimate was about. When we walked over to the service desk after the 3 hour oil change. The rep sucked. Went in Friday and spoke to a sales rep. He told me he could get me at a certain out the door price. Went back today (Monday) to go pick up my jeep basically and was told he messed up and couldn’t get me to my walk out price that he said he could on Friday. Very disappointed because tomorrow is my birthday and I was preparing to be in my new jeep on my bday. I was over promised and under delivered. Not a good experience at all. This review is way overdue. I bought a BMW X7 from Joe. The whole buying experience was very customer focused. He addressed my concerns with the car to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Hassle free and respectful of me as a woman buyer. Then again, I am a tough customer and negotiate for a living. Finance was great also. Very straight forward with no up selling and found me the best rate. I've had my car for a few months and love it
Way, way over priced on service and repair costs . Went in for a convertible repair and before they started looking at the problem, they were trying to sell me tires, oil change, spark plugs. The on board diagnostic wasn't showing any issues with the aforementioned. I found another shop that performed Mt repairs for $1000 less. I won't be back.
