I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for anything Mini related. Travis, the service manager, and the whole team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I called on Wednesday at 4pm because my mini cooper was not running right and Travis had me booked in for a 7am appointment the NEXT DAY! Purchased a MINI Cooper 2D Hardtop online with Louis. Process was painless and super easy. Was very satisfied with communication, negotiation and the experience. Arrived at MINI of Camarillo today to pick up my car. There was a slight issue with the car I had purchased regarding a recall. The car wasn't ready when I arrived. So happy with my newest purchase of my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S! My motoring advisor, Louis was awesome. He answered all of my million questions and if he didn't know the answer he was sure to find out. Manager, David also helped me out and he was great too! When it came down to the "paperwork", Leo helped me make the best decision as far as Gap insurance and other additions I was looking to add to my purchase.
