The dealership is extremely helpful and easy going. They are completely open with costumers and will even let you go into their service department. They are extremely good about loaner vehicles if you must get a service. Guy Hunter, Our motor advisor is the nicest salesman we have ever had in our life. Everyone in this dealership truly loves the cars they are selling. Overall if you are purchasing a Mini or BMW, Hendrick Mini is the way to go.

"Simply The Best " I have purchased two New Mini’s from Hendrick Mini and have serviced both cars there. This dealership and its staff are Simply The Best. The management stays involved and obviously set the example for every associate. They seem to be more of a family as opposed to just being coworkers. They have treated me as if I was family too. "I've used this dealership for service on two..." I've used this dealership for service on two occasions over the past six months. Both times, Dana Fredericksen has been my Service Manager. The first trip was necessary due to noises coming from the ABS system whenever I would go over small speed humps. I learned that a reprogramming of the computer was necessary and it would take a couple of hours to complete. The reprogramming took care of the problem and it hasn't been an issue for the past 3,000 miles. Yesterday, the flex... read more

"Bad experience" The sales are really unprofessional. I worked with Cody. He is really rude. It feels stressful to talk to him. When we walked in there at our appointment time, he wasn't even ready for us. After he showed up, we talked in the hallway for 10 minutes without offering us a seat. He didn't care which car we are interested in, he only wanted to talk about whether we can pay for the car on that day. I don't suggest anyone to work with him. Absolutely bad experience!!!
