We were so excited about our 2019 Toyota Sienna from Towne Mini, but the excitement started to fade when we picked it up and it had obviously not been cleaned inside. My husband specifically asked them to buff out some scratches (which they did an amazing job at), and to detail the interior. First of all I had a bad experience back in 2005 with a bad used mini I bought. I thought I’d give it another shot because I really like the cars. My experience was horrible... they wanted to sell me... over promised way under delivered... information provided was incorrect ( ie tax refunds for hybrid) , promised my vehicle and almost 2 weeks later after me calling texting getting excuses from sales rep it finally came in, not submitting registration properly, temp registration expired, dmv not getting insurance information,... read more

Very disappointed with my experience at Towne Mini. Bought a CPO mini countrymen 4s in February. Within a week the front brakes were acting up, they were pitted and scored badly. Notified my salesperson immediately who told me they needed to be worn in because the car sat for a few weeks. The problem only got worse and now they need replacement and they won't take care of it.
