Love my car - disappointed with the experience Momentum BMW sold me a great car. My salesperson was amazing, and the finance manager completed my paperwork in 8 minutes. I was extremely disappointed that I waited over an hour to sign paperwork. I was paying cash and the numbers were settled upon before I even got to the dealership. No one could help me. Even management though their hands up and said I had to wait despite having an appointment that day Again, great car , great salesman, but terrible dealership experience.

Excellent Experience! You won't get a better experience than at Momentum BMW in Houston. Phillip Nguyen (Client Advisor), Cliff Miller (General Sales Manager), Jason Merchant (Finance Manager), and Tommy Kuranoff (General Manager) were standouts, making this easily the quickest and easiest car purchase experience I have ever had. Most of all, I appreciated the no nonsense, straight answers that you need when you buy a car. I'll definitely be back here for my next car!

Jason was equally professional in taking care of all of the lease documentation. I have known Jason for 10 years when he was a Service agent. He has always taken care of me for all of my BMW needs. I appreciate both of them and highly recommend them and the dealership!
2020 BMW X3 Purchase It was a very positive experience setting up a test drive and then purchasing the new X3. Tatiana was the sales associate and she did a great job - friendly and easy to work with. Working with Jason in the Finance Dept. was also very positive and resulted in attractive financing and an appropriate extended warranty deal. I was also introduced to Shaf in the Service Dept who will be my service advisor. Overall a very good experience at Momentum BMW - highly recommended.
Warren is the best! Buying a car is not always the most pleasant process. Warren with Momentum BMW made the experience a pleasure. My wife and I have now both purchased cars from Warren. Love my new car!
