Great Customer Service My Sales Associate Henry Awazi was very pleasant to deal with. He explained the buying process thoroughly and kept all of is promises throughout the process. We also worked with Brian the Service Manager who was very accomodating and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with this dealership!
Nick Nguyen is the BEST! Had some crazy issues with my BMW Q3 today...low tire pressure, low coolant level, eco park not working and the car would not turn off at stoplights. Thanks to Nick Nguyen for his assistance and figuring out what was causing all these crazy things to happen. My Mini Purchase I came in on a Saturday and met Tom Herald the salesman, who was extremly knowledgeable of the Mini Cooper, he was very patient, took time to show me a variety of the Minis, with no pressure. Tom got right to the point, with the figures, no haggling back n forth, which I liked. Tom even bought lunch for me and my husband, this guy should be salesman of the year. Awesome experience BMW - we owned several of them. We'd been a costumer since 1982. Performance, quality, in short great experience. I'm sold to it. Also w/ the salesman. We are always lucky to meet one. This time , I had Mr. Tom Herald. He helped me all the way. Very dependable. Just the right person. No pressure. I highly recommend him. For future car. Momentum Mini was Awesome After deciding that I had to have one of the 2013 Mini Roadsters and after trying to get what I wanted at an affordable price from my local Mini dealership, I decided to give Momentum Mini a try. Very Friedly and knowledgeable I only gave 4 stars because we could not agree on my budget limit on a used honda accord. I had a good experience with Tracy as a salesman. He took his time to show the ins and out of the whole car and was very friendly with all the questions I had.
