I drove from the Dallas area to purchase from Momentum. They pulled the unit that I was interested in and checked it over before I made the drive. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and treated to snacks and a drink, then they brought the car around for me to drive. After the drive, we finished up the deal to my liking and I was back on the road. I recommend the friendly people at Momentum for your next luxury car purchase.
We had a pleasant experience at this place. Ivan Perez and Jason Merchant were above excellent and waited on us both hand and foot. We traveled all the way from the Austin to purchase a vehicle and Ivan didn’t’t waste a single minute with us. We will definitely return to purchase another vehicle from them. In all from the welcome desk to the team altogether was amazing and the service was 2nd to none.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My disappointment level is high. I don’t leave reviews normally, but I just don’t understand why this has been such a letdown. Allyce always provides updates and always makes sure that you’re doing fine during your visit. She’ll provide options and will do what she can to accommodate you. My only thing would be on Saturdays, Momentum tends to be short on techs and service advisors, so you may be there for a little longer than planned. Worked out for me because Allyce is there to assist you whenever you need anything.
