Purchased a Mini from Universal one year ago. Took it in this week because it failed to start one morning and got a service light. We picked it up and took it to another Mini dealer after 24 hours. They asked me for my feed back so I’m sharing it. Worst customer service. The car was brought in Tuesday morning because it failed to start the first time that morning, it was brought in to Universal mini. Popped a tire and had my car towed there in the early evening. Was told that I would receive a call the next morning by 9. MONDAY 9:30 - Still no call... I call them 11a - KAMERON calls back saying I need 2 new tires and to come by at 1p. It would be ready. 2p - Come by. Kameron tells me they need another 30 minutes to 'wash it'. I wait. 2:30p - Kameron sits down next to me in the waiting area to tell me that THEY ACTUALLY DON'T HAVE THE TIRES THERE..that they said they had already put on my car and all that needed to be don... read more
