I had a negative experience with this dealership when my daughter expressed interest in a Mini Cooper. Despite having a pre-approved check from my bank (NFCU) and being ready to purchase the vehicle, the dealership informed me that I couldn't take the car home for two weeks because the check needed to clear first. They informed me after a deal agreement. This was surprising to me because I had used pre-approved loans from my bank twice before and was able to take the car home the same day.
