Chris Shields/Tim and Katherine Phillips of Mini of Arlington helped to place me in a 2023 Mini Countryman with ease. I walked in and was just looking but ultimately traded in my 2014 Mini Cooper. If you need a pre-owned vehicle, ask for Benjamin Nguyen. He went over and beyond helping my wife and me with the sale of her 2015 Audi A3. He didn’t pressure us with the sale of the car and answered all our questions. Benjamin was kind and courteous. We had an excellent experience at MINI of Arlington! We drove up from the Austin area to look at a different used car at another dealership but weren’t happy with it, so we decided to look at a similar one at MINI of A. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Businesses could take lessons on how customers should be treated. Fair prices and fast service. I had engine work done and my car was ready the next day! They also provided me with a loaner car at no additional cost. This is the 2nd time I have had my car serviced by BMW of Arlington and received the same care each time. I have finally found a repair dealership that I am 100% satisfied with. I will go no where else to have my Mini serviced.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like family. With 3 past experiences buying a car, this dealership went above and beyond my expectations.
