I have the q service and couldn’t be more happier. The whole process of booking an appointment, to someone picking up and delivery of my automobile plus the customer service. Never have I experienced this type of service elsewhere.
Daniel is always so helpful and friendly. I’m so greatful for his attentiveness and attention to detail. My mini is also very happy for all of his help :)
The idea of bringing in your car for servicing is ALWAYS a daunting interruption to your schedule and flow. THIS was none of those - fast, efficient and a totally satisfying and pleasant experience. I will no longer DREAD IT, like I do THE DENTIST & TAXES!
