"Called for an oil change, made the appointment. Showed up..." Called for an oil change, made the appointment. Showed up to be told that there is 2 1/2 hrs wait. No consideration for a persons time. Because if you know it, and or you are adviced, you come prepared... and no even any mention about the waiting time in the confirmation appointment e mail. No nice.
"Rip off" Went on 8/23/18 at 7:20 pm to buy a mini second time owner they tried to rip me off. Bought the car at south motors for a lot less same package
My experience when I leased my 2015 Mini Cooper was not good and thought about not coming back to Braman, however, Louela and Elizabeth have made a difference in my opinion and I am happy to continue my Braman experience.
This is not my primary dealership for service but used them to verify service that was perfomed four times prior at a nother dealership in the area
