Overall great experience for a typically stressful situation. Carlos was very patient with me and helped me find the car that me and my kids both liked. Neil the manager was very accommodating and tried his best to work with my budget. Definitely recommend Braman Mini!
My lease was ending and I definitely wanted to continue with another Mini. I'm glad Jessi and his manager were there to help with the whole process. It was a long day but I'm grateful for their patience and everything they provided us with during this whole process! They made it easy for me :)!!
I went in very early in the morning last Friday to begin the turn in process for my third Mini and to negotiate for a possible fourth one. Fiorella immediately stepped forward and toured me around the lot to see the ones available, then worked steadily to help me discern which one was best for me in this new economy based on my budget.
