Easy reservation process Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in process
Great place Safe place to store your personal items
Nice location, Clean and the lady who greeted me was Cool. Made me feel like family. I got there at 5:56, right before close. The lady was nice and made me feel like family. She didn’t rush thru the process and even double checked my unit before she left. Thanks for making things easy and staying late to accommodate .
Well run facility. Theresa was great to work with.
Clean, convenient and professional The enrollment online was easy and the completion process was quick! Staff was very friendly and worked to greatly accommodate my needs.
Easy in and out. Affordable Very friendly person named Tyger
The process was quick convenient Signed up online. Received a phone call and was told about an even better offer for renting storage unit. The rep was very professional and patient as I had a lot going on when she called. Forms were emailed for me to sign. Very quick, easy and convenient. I only had to go to the office to give a copy of my ID. Also in a convenient location closer to where I moved.
Great deals Very nice people with great communication also have amazing deals. Highly recommend I have no complaints.
Best prices, great staff, clean units. Great facility and excellent staff. Best prices in town for units with 24 hour access, very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend to others looking for a storage unit in the Nashville area.
