From the very first moment I stepped into the showroom to buy my car, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was attended to with care, right up to the day I picked it up. I can honestly say that this experience has made me feel that I may never want to drive anything other than a Mini again.
The service department at Mini Vaughan is excellent. I had an enquiry prior to my appointment, they called me minutes after receiving my email. The service team members are polite and pleasant, the appointment time was honored, the service was efficient, complete and my car was thoroughly cleaned. It's the best care I've ever had for my car. 20 out of 10 for Mini Vaughan.
This was a positive experience. They responded to the situation, kept the customer informed of the progress and any delays, they were accommodating with providing a vehicle in the interim and the mechanics are willing to meet and discuss the work. Also, Michaela and Ferd, sorry if misspelled, awesome customer service reps.
Not the best customer/ maintenance service. Car had a brake pad replacement warning (said not safe to drive) as it was due for service (at 23k km), but the maintenance didn’t address the issue due to lack of staff on a Saturday morning (first appointment right after opening at 9am) despite my repeated request. Was told to book another appointment or leave the car there till Monday. I wanted to share my experience on how the Ferdinand and Michela from the service department helped me this past week. I had a scary incident where my tire blew while I was on the highway, I immediately called Mini and spoke to both Ferdinand and Michela who advised me I had mini road side assistance and also advised me they had the same size tire on site already. They also made room to ensure my car would be fixed same day as i needed it for work the next day. I got a tow and within a couple hours my car was fixed, washed ... read more
