The Dr was great. She did the exam and has alot of patience and made sure my glass prescription was perfect for me. The office is really nice and has lots of eyewear to choose from. 🕶️ I highly recommend you com visit Minkes Eye care 😎

I felt a great empathy in the place with the staff. Girl on the front desk, Gabriela, explained to me each detail about my lenses and Dr. Minkes is a great professional. Finally, I just want to say thank you for your business.

I have been a patient of Dr. Minkes for eons, from the days of being at The Falls to her Kendall office. No one takes better care of your eyes and really listens to what you say. I’ll follow her to the ends of the earth. Her staff is beyond excellent. Professional, courteous and understanding are the first words that pop into my head to describe the entire office. You would do your eyes a disservice going anywhere else!!! Ten stars if available!

You need to improve the communication with your clients..the phone system is very poor, you call to check the status of your glasses and nobody pick up the phone or return your messages. I had yo stop by to see if my glasses were ready after several phone messages were left and luckily they were ready. The correct procedure is to inform to the client as I was told on my first appointment, or only a half of the payment must be deducted until you call to pick them up.
