I'm so thankful for this clinic. The staff was so sweet to me and sympathetic this past week. Knowing about my financial situation they still helped me with my castiel. Even though I lost my baby in the end, they helped make a heartbreaking situation alot easier. I thank y'all!

We couldn't have picked a better place to bring our first family pet Roxi! Dr. Strelec and Eve were so gentle and informative to us. Our Roxi definitely came back happy and taken care of. As first time pet owners it can be overwhelming but they were so open and patient.. no question went unanswered. The place was clean and inviting!

We had the worst experience getting our dog groomed. Our appointment was at 1pm. Our dog is a rescue and has anxiety. We have always been able to drop her off and get her back fairly quickly, but today when we called to check on status at 3:30 pm, we were advised that would our dog would not be ready till 5. We called back to see why the delay was occurring and to express concern about our dog being in a kennel for so long. Very poor and careless communication. We were charged for services we did not ask for or agreed to, when brought up to the attention of the staff we were told "tough." Never going back here, Dr. Strelec is nice but unfortunately that's not enough, we were lied to by the reception and wound up having to pay for their mistakes. Found new vet and would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
