This is a historic place that has a quiet, understated charm. The Tavern setting is woody and white, clean and plain in its decor. But the food, however, was over the top awesome. Arrived for Brunch, greeted by friendly valet and staff, and had the best chicken and waffles ever. The French Toast was delicious too. Will be back. Thanks!
As always the experience is lovely. An ever changing menu of delicious food prepared and presented with care and expedience . New cocktail options satisfy the most discerning palate. Great selection of wine with attention to detail.
Lovely. Outdoor space. Dogs were a bit disconcerting to my date. But I loved them.

Loved the ambience, staff and service were excellent. Food was delish and good variety to select from to suit different preferences. Had lunch here on a Saturday with family and it was busy but service was very good. Got a dozen oysters (excellent!) and prix fixe menu which was fantastic. Had the tuna tartar + chicken club; others had the fish & chips — all yummy. If you don’t want your fries to be too salty ask for less or hold off completely. Will be coming back!
The roasted chicken dish is always a delicious choice. (I do wish the chicken portion was bigger.)The burgers are also delicious. We love the atmosphere and the service. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. One of my family’s favorite restaurants.
Cal was an excellent server. The fuss was excellent and we’d love to come back.
First time eating here on the way to the Jazz Loft. Hit the spot, very comfortable the burger was very good. Would return.
Our server was wonderful. We love the ambiance. Aspects of The food were inconsistent and disappointing. My husband’s salmon was good but risotto was not, lack luster. Califlour steak was yummy! French fries so thin it was awquard to eat them. The bread pudding in my dessert seemed stale and tasteless.
