Initially we were not supposed to have an appraisal since we just had one a little over a year ago. Then that was changed to a drive by appraisal. Then they changed it again to full appraisal. This made thing very hard due to my wife and I recovering from surgery. For a company that does this everyday should have their procedures better in place.
These two loans were very complicated and contingent on each other. Miranda was always on top of everything and great to work with. I am thankful she put in the time and effort to get this done for me.
