I gave a 1 since 0 is not available. Meshelle provided services to my daughter. Either she was late to scheduled appointments, or didn’t show at all. Her relationship with the counseling service where she worked, ended, and she never communicated this to my daughter until 30 min prior to another scheduled appointment.
