I loved my Booty Lift and skin tightening treatments and can’t wait to go back! They have some great procedures and I love it here! I was contemplating surgery and now I think I can get the same result for less money!

Not a very relaxing experience. The lady I had was not very gentle with my face. Kept turning my face back and forth to clean and her hair was touching half of my face the entire time. At least my face was clean after.
My facial was with Julie. I purchased the 60 minute facial but the facial was 45 minutes, if that. It was especially disappointing because she didn’t do any extractions along my cheeks, jaw, and chin, which are very congested. 15 minutes an unacceptable amount of time to cut from a service.

I didn't expect miracles but not even a 1% improvement. I would have been a regular customer if I saw any improvement. Either she didn't know what she was doing or they don't want you to get improvement if you don't but at regular price. I only got 30 minutes and she kept trying to sell me another 30 minutes double the groupon. Total waste of time and money

I didn’t like the service that was provided to me. The did not extract everything only from nose and some from forehead. My face is the same as before. Their list states the Dermalogicia facial is 1hr=60mins. They only did the facial for 35mins and when I told them about it they said that the facial is for 45mins and they need time to prepare. It doesn’t take 10mins. They bought the kit from room.

I was interrupted in the middle of my treatment by the owner. Apparently the Groupon she listed was wrong and she sat down and told me that I needed to pay more if I wanted to continue treatment. She should have verified everything prior and waited after my treatment to discuss this with me. She told me she’d be losing money and still had to pay her techs. Miss you report to Groupon and got your money back and were coming 3x on one certificate I'm sorry but service you have to pay and you unfortunately did not pay and got refunded so I don't understand the issue.
