RecommendedJust got home after having my 2018 Kia Optima serviced at Patterson Mission Viejo Kia. I have been at the dealer before as it’s within a couple miles of where I live. The service writers are friendly and you don’t get hounded by thirsty sales people as you walk into the dealer for just a basic service. I bought my Kia at another dealer in 2017 but since moving to Mission Viejo, having Patterson Kia close by, it gives me peace of mind. Attention everyone! I had the opportunity to meet in person John Patterson (Dealership's Owner), and he explained me he worked my case personally with Kia corporate, the district service manager, and the service director and managed to get my case approved, Kia is covering the engine replacement in full, in addition I've been provided with a great loaner car. I'm grateful for the extra effort John and his team invested in my case.
