Just got home after having my 2018 Kia Optima serviced at Patterson Mission Viejo Kia. I have been at the dealer before as it’s within a couple miles of where I live. The service writers are friendly and you don’t get hounded by thirsty sales people as you walk into the dealer for just a basic service. I bought my Kia at another dealer in 2017 but since moving to Mission Viejo, having Patterson Kia close by, it gives me peace of mind.
