RecommendedVery warm and friendly place. Nugget made new friends to spoil her. Dr. Cooper was very thorough in explaining the issues that came up and I especially like the breakdown of the bill and future costs so I can plan and have a heart attack at the same time. (Teasing). Gonna love this place. ❤️
We are in the midst of navigating an aggressive cancer in our beloved 13 year old golden retriever. The staff and doctors here have been outstanding. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. I have felt informed the entire time. We live 3 hours away and gladly make the drive to this office. I would give 6 stars were it an option
This place just blows other specialty vets out of the water. From the staff to the techs to the veterinarians to the management, we have had such a pleasant experience here despite our puppy being critically ill. It is a bit pricey but so worth it for all the care involved. You know your animal is getting close monitoring, up to date evidence-based care, individualized treatment plans and lots of TLC. We are so pleased with every aspect of our experience.
Dr Ramsey and Bianca were wonderful! It's never easy to see our fur babies suffering from illnesses. Dr Ramsey was very thorough, kind and caring. Thank you for taking care of him if only for a few hours. RIP Scooter.
Dr Howard is amazing. She has been treating Lexi for a couple of months and monitors and recommends the best treatments for Lexi. She explains everything clearly and follows up with email. Lexi's health and quality of life have greatly improved and she is acting like a puppy again for which I am so grateful. In addition to this Dr Howard and all the staff are friendly, warm and efficient. Lexi still does not want to get out the car when we arrive and shakes a little but as soon as she sees her peeps she is all wiggle butt!
The staff is super friendly and they took care of Calie right away. It wasnt over priced seeing that it is an pet emergency place. Thank you guys SO much for taking care of my little girl!
