Unprofessional to say the least. Used vacation for the day of service and they never showed or called. Called and was told they cancelled the service but will reschedule me the next day. Same thing happened and they never showed or called. Called back and asked for a manager to see what happened and why I wasted two vacation days. Manager was suppose to call me right away but never did. Called back 3 hours later and was told “they must be busy”…. Awful.
