Mitch explained everything over the phone,step by step. Oh, did I mentioned that I live in Arizona and Mitch lives in Missouri? I inquired about refinancing, Mitch called me and a few questions and wanted to start the process right away. I was a little skeptical as I had ne or met him face to face.
