1. It would be easier to talk about what could be improved... any changes to discussions should be in writing and understood... I still do not understand where, what and to whom, payouts went to? 2. The lady at the closing, the notary, was, and I quote those in the office where we closed, "she was a bitch". No one could believe how rude she was, how obnoxious she was, or how non customer service oriented she acted... it was as if she was forced to do the closing for free, an was totally put out
