Customer Service second to none, pricing is unbelievable and workmanship is awesome.
He was amazing to watch. He was safe in everything he did. He knew exactly where everything was going to fall. If someone is getting something cut in a close place, he would be the person to do it.
Didn?t show up on Saturday when he said he would. When I reached out to him he said he forgot. I gave him a second chance and he said he?d show up this morning. I asked him what time and no response.

I am sorry for this taking place and you are completely justified to be displeased with my lack of proper communication at that time. To be a better businessman I did in fact go and complete this job the following week. I try to please everyone and upsetting anyone does not sit well with me. I intend to improve my communication as I better learn to juggle life and family as I grow my business.
Kyle is a hard worker. He quoted me a fair price to remove 2 large oak trees. He had trouble with maintaining a schedule because of equipment issues. He worked single handed and was on site for six days. He is very skilled and polite.
He did not show up till 8:30 pm and never came back to finish the job. And I paid for him!!!!

This statement is completely false. I first drove to Easley which was an hour from my house to look at a trimming job. we spoke and had an appointment. I showed up and no one was there. obviously frustrated I left. April called me back and said she had to have this tree trimmed to put a pool in for her kids. Being a father I understood and sympathized. We agreed to trim dead wood out. I did show up rediculously late 7 ish. I was facing already full schedule. I thought the price quoted was good and went ahead and signed up to have a tree removed as all the roots were getting into lawn and killing the lawn. Agreed that a new tree would be put, put top soil, Bermuda seed and mulch around the tree. The tree that was put was 8 foot tall and no stakes were put. It was not even planted well, heavy wind just uprooted it. The ground was not leveled and not adequate top soil put. After 6 weeks, no grass.
