Set an appointment. Sat for 25 minutes then told they couldn't get me in. Don't see appointments if you can't actually honor them.

We are a very busy salon with full of students, sometime student you had appointment were sick or some reason did not come to school.Unfortunately it is the very unforeseeable situation.This kind of things happen in any salon you may go.
Not even 1 star! They ruined my hair and was totally dishonest about what would be done to my hair!!!HORRIBLE!!

I've been coming to this place for years and never have had a problem, but today my stylist just butchered my hair! No pre consultation no post consultation and Mitsu had to come over and practically do the hair cut himself and in turn had to cut my hair way too short to fix what she had done. Even while he was trying to teach her she was giving off this bad attitude and never referenced the picture I showed her.
