Extraordinarily kind, understanding and helpful.... IN THE BEGINNING!! After that, they are the typical useless money hungry corporate thieves unwilling to be helpful. I am unable to submit documents they want to prove insurance coverage, I am stuck relying on relaying 3rd party communication to accomplish what they ask. "YES, I directly forward emails from them to insurance agent" however they keep denying the coverage sent in though the product has the adequate coverage. So what do they do? The process was smooth and seamless. However, I have an issue with the people who get application approval. Owing to my good relationship with MHCCA, I thought my direct application would be accepted but I was terribly disappointed. They refused my application within two minutes and they couldn’t even talk to me. When the same application was submitted, for a similar asset, by the seller company, it was accepted. I don’t understand the criteria used to vet my direct application as opposed to that done by the seller company.... read more
