The process was smooth and seamless. However, I have an issue with the people who get application approval. Owing to my good relationship with MHCCA, I thought my direct application would be accepted but I was terribly disappointed. They refused my application within two minutes and they couldn’t even talk to me. When the same application was submitted, for a similar asset, by the seller company, it was accepted. I highly do not recommend!! I recently had a commercial truck loan through this place... long story short my vehicle was considered a total loss and my insurance was paying out for the incident. The value the insurance company is paying by far exceeds the loan amount remaining. This bank personally has been refusing to send info over to my insurance company because they want a total pay out amount to know what I am receiving. Which there's zero need. Unfortunately, I would give 0 stars if I could. The entire process of funding my dealer took an agonizing 20 days. They repeatedly requested documents, which I promptly sent, but their response time for each submission was consistently over 2-3 days. This was far from a professional service and resulted in a direct loss of $2,000 and a revenue loss of $10,000.
I wish that I could choose 0 stars, but I guess it will have to be 1, which I think is VERY generous. I purchased some equipment from Mitsubishi financed through Mitsubishi. I have worked hard to make all of the payments on time, but I sadly, I couldn't keep up (I'm in construction and have experienced one of the WORST fiscal years EVER!
