RecommendedLast Sunday, my sister and I took a self defense class at MK Protection Strategies in Menomonee Falls. I highly recommend this class to anyone who might want to gain some self confidence. The instructor was very funny and clearly passionate about his work. We were given some very useful tools and tips in a 2 hour period. Highly recommend!
