I gave them my FSA credit card for a partial payment of my balance of $167.00. They then took it upon themselves to charge another $167.00 without my knowledge or permission. They claim I was told it would be a revolving account now. Their billing department lies over and over again. I was never advised of this. I have tried to resolve an overpayment to them since May 2020.

Never heard of this company before the calls and texts started out of the blue. Neither of my doctors ordered any sort of imaging or procedures for me so why the heck does this company keep calling and texting me about "setting up my imagine appointment" and "setting up my exam"?? I finally tried to call and text back to try and get to the bottom of their continued harassment but their phone number doesn't even work! It rings once then goes silent and if you try and text them you receive an error back.

I was overcharged on an insurance copay for two scans back in March 2020. In April, I requested that money be credited back to my CC and was told that it would be taken care of. Here it is July 2020, after four more calls/requests I have not had my overpayment returned.

Owed a refund, can't get in touch with anyone directly at SimonMed to handle issue. Instructed to go through ***** ********(which I have called about 10 times) but am told SimonMed needs to process the refund and even they don't have a direct number to call SimonMed. Getting the run around from both companies. Filing formal BBB complaint and sending a demand letter.

In February of 2020 I was as unable to get my MRI done due to other medical issues. I call SMI on 3/23/2020 to ask for a refund I was told I would receive a check within 3 to 4 week I've called them on 4/17/2020 and was told it was approved and I would receive a check on the next billing cycle. I waited for 2 weeks and still did not receive my refund. Call SMI on 5/12/2020and was told it's still being worked on and it was approved again. if i could i would rate these people , especially the scheduling a negative star! They don't seem to know when their doctors are in. i have been rescheduled many times. they wait to ask for the doctors notes and call the insurance at the last minute and i end up having to reschedule for that. this company is the worst and a big bowl of crap! They were fine and helpful when i used them last year and they just went downhill! a complete waste of your time! they expect people to have days off out of our ass and waste them for no... read more

Reckless and dangerous corporate policies. X-rays are walk in, per the recorded message. Walked in, was told that we needed an appointment. When we told them that the recorded message said "walk in", they said, "Yes, that's true, just not for now, during the , Corona crisis." Ok, then change the message. "No , because that's still true, you simply need an appointment." Inconsiderate, slow on results , and give the wrong results. It took 1 month to get the wrong results, set up extra imaging appointments, and on the day of the extra appointment they said "we just looked at you original image and no further images are needed." No message or voicemail and this took them 7 weeks.

Called and scheduled 3 MRI's during the same session. Upon arrival, we were told that they were only performing 2 of the procedures as the location we were at (Missouri St) isn't able to provide the 3rd MRI with their machine, that we would need to schedule at one of the other locations. We weren't informed prior to arrival. The scheduler told us they had scheduled all 3 for that location. At the visit, they offered to accept up front out of pocket payment for the MRIs instead of submitting the visit to our insurance company... read more
