I was far from home and stressed about my hearing aids not working correctly, worried I wouldn’t be able to communicate at a family visit. I was welcomed with a smile and kindness from the front desk staff. I had an apt. with Rebecca DeWitt and was so pleased with how professional, kind and helpful she was. I felt so comfortable with her and her recommendations for my first pair of hearing aids. Now, my uncomfortable feeling of being in "denial" about needing them has vanished.
I like the personal way that I am treated! From Sarah to Rebecca (even Scott when he's not there).
