I can hear again! Firstly, Sarah was very quick and polite when scheduling my appointment; it didn't feel like a task at all. Scott W. DeWitt, Au.D. made my first professional ear cleaning experience a pleasant one. I was welcomed with a smile and kindness from the front desk staff. I had an apt. with Rebecca DeWitt and was so pleased with how professional, kind and helpful she was. I felt so comfortable with her and her recommendations for my first pair of hearing aids. Now, my uncomfortable feeling of being in "denial" about needing them has vanished.
I like the personal way that I am treated! From Sarah to Rebecca (even Scott when he's not there).
