My family and I have been visiting the Concord Mills location since the summer of 2017 now and I can't brag about them enough. Going above and beyond seems to be their standard. The level of exceptional service has been consistent since day one whether over the phone or in person. Adults and toddlers get the same great care. EVERYONE on this staff is professional, pleasant, and patient. Here, you are not just another patient/customer. You're family.

Dr. Haynes is a truly wonderful professional. In everything I have experienced to date he has been articulately informative and welcomingly interested and understanding in me as his patient. He went out of his way, treating me and a large group of others to dinner so we could hear how he could help us with our dental concerns, with a special focus on inplants. I was experiencing alot of pain, discomfort and severe anxiety. Dr. Haynes and his staff were very friendly, informative and gentle during my entire procedure. I had a very pleasant visit and would recommend everyone. Thanks again:)
