I received excellent service from ***** and ****. I called on Monday and although Tuesday was Independence Day, they were assigned to come to my house. My hot water heater had failed and the unit itself was in bad shape. Thankfully a house fire wasn't started due to the condition and place of the water heater. My repair order has been sent in and I am waiting for an approval for a new water heater.
