RecommendedMPM is a great company to work with. I work for a non profit that assist people experiencing homelessness with obtaining permanent housing and providing rental assistance. They are always willing to work with us and our participants--and the units are always up to standard. When we have a new participant looking for housing, we always check with MPM first!

Whatever you do NEVER EVER rent through Modern Property Managements rentals! Their maintenance doesnt know how to correct any issues per building codes! They have extreme roach infestations, the air ducting system constantly blows dust, allergens, mold spores throughout the homes and all over walls and vent control was broke by cleaner. HVAC was here and gone in 10 minutes and said it looked as though filters werent being changed out in years.
